This got me actually doing an exercise routine for the first time in a long time. Have had it for a while and keep returning to it when I don't feel up for anything more challenging.

Very gentle, low (no) impact, suitable for folks who have been ill or very inactive for some time, or have mobility issues. Would also recommend to depression and/or fatigue sufferers.

Video quality is not awesome (VHS), but the scenery is nice, the lady is pleasant and pretty without looking like Superwoman, and the routine is very do-able, simple yet satisfying. No annoying music. If you do the whole thing from warm-ups it will accomodate morning stiffness or initial severe lethargy or pain (really - try it).
